Optical properties of borate glasses containing chromium and erbium oxide

چکیده

Abstract Borate glass samples containing chromium and erbium were prepared. According to the density molar volume, Cr 2 O 3 -free sample had an expanded structure. has three distinct absorption bands, according measured optical characteristics, a band was observed at 688 nm due 4 A 2g (F) → E g (G) transition, indicating presence of 6+ . 3+ in bands 446 620 nm, which attributed T 1g (F). Using spectra samples, Judd–Ofelt theory used calculate parameters for glass: Ω2, Ω4, Ω6. The slow transformation ions these glasses from disturbs local symmetry adds coordinated bond defects, affect surroundings Er ions.
